i don’t know what that dream is that you have, i don’t care how disappointing it might have been as you’ve been working toward that dream, but that dream that you’re holding in your mind, that it’s possible!

some of you already know, that it’s hard, it’s not easy, it’s hard changing your life. that in the process of working on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. there are moments that you are going to doubt yourself. you said, god why is this happening to me? i’m just trying to take care of my family, trying to give them a good life, i’m not trying to steal or rob from anybody. why does this have to happen to me. for those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.

the rough times are gonna come, but they have not come to stay, they have come to pass. greatness, is not this wonderful, esoteric, illusive, god like feature that only the special among can achieve. it’s something that truly exists, in all of us. it’s very important for you to believe that you are the one!

most people they raise a family, they earn a living and then they die. they stop growing, they stop working on themselves, they stop stretching, the stop pushing themselves. then a lot of people like to complain but they don’t wanna do anything about their situation. and most people don’t work on their dreams – why?

1. is because of fear, fear of failure “what if things don’t work out“?

2. is fair of success “what if they do and i can’t handle it?”

these are not risk takers

you have spent so much time with other people, you have spent so much time trying to get people to like you, you know other people more than you know yourself. you’ve studied them, you know about them, you want to hang out with them, you want to be just like them. you’ve invested so much time on them, you don’t know who you are. i challenge you to spend time by yourself.

it’s necessary, that you get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. but people who are running towards their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning. when you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness, as long as you follow other people, as long as you are being a ‘copy-cat’, you will never ever be the best copy-cat in the world but you will be the best you can be!

i challenge you to define your value.

everybody won’t see it, everybody won’t join you, everybody won’t have the vision…it’s necessary to know that you are an uncommon breed. it’s necessary that you align yourself with people and attract people into your business, who are hungry, people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is and who want more!the people that are living their dreams are parting with winners, to attach themselves to the and the people who are living their dreams are the people that know that if it’s going to happen it’s up to them!

if you want to be more successful, if you want to have and do stuff you never done before then i’m asking you to invest in you!

someones opinion of you does not have to become your reality.

you don’t have to go through life being a victim. and even though you face disappointments, you have to know within yourself that ‘i can do this, even if no one else sees it for me, i must see it for myself!’

no matter how bad it is, how hard it gets, say to yourself, i’m going to make it!i wanna represent an idea. i wanna represent possibilities. some of you right now, you wanna go to the next level. you wanna be a civil engineer, you wanna council, you wanna be a en to me: you can’t get to that level. you can’t get to that level until you start to invest in your mind

i dare you to invest in your mind.

i dare you to invest time.

i dare you to be alone.

i dare you to spend an hour alone to get to know yourself.

i challenge you to get to a place where people do not like or do not even bother you anymore. why? because you’re not concerned with making them happy anyway. because you’re trying to blow up. you’re trying to get to the next level. because you’re investing in your mind.

if you’re still talking about your dream and your goals but you have not done anything just take the first step.

you can make your parents proud, you can make your school proud you can touch millions of peoples lives and the world will never be the same again because you came this way. don’t let anybody steal your dream!

after we face a rejection and a “no” or we have a meeting and no one shows up, or somebody says “you can count on me” and they don’t come through, what if we have that kind of attitude that cause reposes, nobody believes in you, you’ve lost again, and again, the lights are cut off but you are still looking at your dream, reviewing it everyday and saying to yourself: it’s not over until i win!

you can live your dream

我不知道你有什麼樣的夢想，我不在乎你朝着夢想前進時曾遇上什麼樣的困難，那個你在心上想了又想的夢想，它是有可能達成的。雖然你可能覺得，它太困難了，它並不簡單，要改變你的生命很難。爲夢想打拼的過程中，你會遇上無數的打擊、無數的失敗、無數的痛楚。你會有質疑自己的時候，會問上蒼“爲何這就是我的命運?”我不過是想照顧我的小孩父母，又不是去偷去搶，爲何這樣的事會發生在我身上?

曾經遇到過難堪的人，不要放棄你的夢想。艱難的日子會到來，但它們終將成爲過往。

偉大的成就並非虛幻不切實際，並非像神一樣只有卓越不凡的人才當得了，它是真實地存在於我們每個人心中。重要的是你必需相信——你做得到。

大部分的人成家立業，日復一日然後老死。他們停止成長，停止鍛鍊自己，停止試圖超越自己，然後還有人很愛抱怨卻不嘗試改變現狀。多數人都不想爲自己的夢想努力，爲什麼?原因之一就是害怕失敗，“萬一事情不如預期怎麼辦?”再來就是害怕成功，“萬一成功後我沒能力掌控怎麼辦?”他們完全不想承擔風險。

你花了大量的時間與他人交際，想讓別人喜歡你，你認識他人比認識自我更多。你觀察他們，知道他們一切事情，想跟他們混在一塊兒，變得跟他們一樣。然而你知道嗎?花了那麼多時間在他們身上，最終卻失去自我。我要你學會與自己坦誠相處。如果你想達成夢想，就必需將你內心的魯莽去除。

朝自己夢想前進的人，生命會有截然不同的特殊意義。當你找到了自我，慢慢地你會與他人有所不同，開始擁有自己的特質。但若你只懂跟隨他人腳步以及模仿他人，你永遠無法變成最強的模仿者。但你可以成爲最優秀的自己，我要你找到自己的價值。

其他人看不見，無法參與，也不會爲你拓展視野。這是你要了解的。你是獨一無二的，我要你結交志同道合的人、渴望成功的人、努力不懈的人，那些想要重新打造生命的人，與達成夢想的人相處。達成夢想的人知道：成功與否都在自己!如果你想要更有成就，如果你想要做從未做過的事，那你就必須投資自己。一定要投資自己。

不要讓他人的成見成爲自己現實的一部分，不要抱着受難者的心態渡過一生，就算你遇上了氣餒的事。也要知道你做得到。就算別人不相信，你也要有自信。

這是我所相信的，至死不渝。不論情況多遭，未來有多險惡我都辦得到!

我想要代表一個信念，代表一個可能性：你們有些人可能再想要更上一層，想要有自己的.協會、想當工程師或醫師，相信我你到不了的。你到不了你想到的層級，除非你開始培育自己的心力。你根本連讀書的習慣都沒有，我要你去聽聽演說。懂得花時間與自己相處，花個一個小時試圖瞭解自己，直到你找到了自我。當你活出了自我，活出了屬於自己該有的命運，當你是一個獨特的個體，你就會與周遭的人有所不同。我要你做別人不要你做的事，達到別人不想理會你的領域，因爲這樣你就不會整天想着該如何取悅他們。因爲你想要與衆不同，你想要更上一層，我要你培育你自己的心力。

如果你還在談論你的夢想，還在談論你的目標，但卻什麼都沒做，那就先踏出第一步。你可以讓你的父母驕傲，讓你的學校驕傲，你可以感動百萬人的生命，世界會因爲有你而不同。因爲你選擇這條路!

【The City Mouse and the Country Mouse】 Once there were two mice. They were friends. One mouse lived in the country; the other mouse lived in the city. After many years the Country mouse saw the City mouse; he said, "Do come and see me at my house in the country." So the City mouse went. The City mouse said, "This food is not good, and your house is not good. Why do you live in a hole in the field? You should come and live in the city. You would live in a nice house made of stone. You would have nice food to eat. You must come and see me at my house in the city." The Country mouse went to the house of the City mouse. It was a very good house. Nice food was set ready for them to eat. But just as they began to eat they heard a great noise. The City mouse cried, " Run! Run! The cat is coming!" They ran away quickly and hid. After some time they came out. When they came out, the Country mouse said, "I do not like living in the city. I like living in my hole in the field. For it is nicer to be poor and happy, than to be rich and afraid."

尊敬的各位評委老師、叔叔阿姨們：

你們好！

我是二二四團完全中學威武四班的方雲，今天我演講的題目是《常懷感恩之心，愛我兵團媽媽》。

三月花開遍地春，草長鶯飛暖融融。

兵團大地齊崢嶸，感恩少年情意濃。

置身美麗的家鄉——兵團十四師；徜徉在的媽媽的懷抱——兵團十四師；感恩我成長的搖籃——兵團十四師。爲什麼這樣說呢？我的美好童年，是在四十七團度過的，那裏有我的母校，是她給了我成長的力量，是她給了我長大的肩膀。孩提時的母校，一圈破破爛爛的'小屋勾勒了簡單的總體佈局，簡陋破敗的宿舍深深地刻在我的腦海裏，課桌上坑坑窪窪的小洞鐫刻着童年的喜怒哀樂，那些現代化的實驗室、設施齊全的教學樓完全是我們可望而不可及的夢想。但是，現在實現了！

現如今，我的母校和我現在就讀的二二四團完全中學高中部，正如揚帆遠航的旗艦，在光輝燈塔的指引下，正乘風破浪地航行在寬廣的海洋，駛向燦爛的彼岸。作爲我校第一屆的高中生，我很驕傲，也很自豪，因爲我們每天在高中部的學習生活，充滿很多樂趣，收穫很多知識與友誼。這裏有設施齊全的教學樓、餐廳、體育館、塑膠操場，而且很多項目都是北京援建的。我們這裏有非常豐富的教育資源，老師爲我們兢兢業業地鎮守着“傳遞知識，傳承智慧”的三尺講臺；援助我們的北京老師們，更是學識淵博、平易近人、勤奮刻苦，時時刻刻以一個兵團人的身份嚴格要求自己；我們學校的領導，對我們的關心無無微不至，最讓我感動的是，我們學校少數民族的住校生屈指可數，但是我們學校的領導依然爲我們幾個民族生開設了清餐廳，吃着美味可口的餐飯，心中無限感激！在這樣一個溫暖的大家庭生活，我是快樂的，也是幸福的！這些快樂和幸福是誰給予的？那就是爲我們付出艱辛勞動的兵師團黨委的叔叔阿姨們，有爲我們無私奉獻的首都親人們，還有日復一日、年復一年爲我們辛勤耕耘的學校領導和老師們，正是你們的辛勤付出，讓我們插上了翱翔藍天的翅膀。而這一切的一切，更要感謝我們光榮偉大的中國共產黨，是黨的好領導、黨的好
