Frank has just got off the train in the wants to call one of his friends to pick him up at looks for a while and at last finds a telephone when he gets there, he sees a lady already e are no other public telephones nearby,so he wait. 弗蘭克剛下傍晚的火車。他想打電話給他的一個朋友讓朋友馬上去接他。他看了一會兒，最後找到一個電話亭。但當他到了那裏，他看到一個女士已經在那裏打電話了。沒有其他的`公用電話在旁邊，所以他就在那裏等。他等了又等。那女士的一直在打電話聊啊笑啊。她似乎沒有注意到弗蘭克。大約半小時後，這位女士放下聽筒。弗蘭克感覺鬆了一口氣。他認爲她終於打完了電話。但是令他吃驚的是，這位女士拿起話筒，從她的口袋裏掏出一個硬幣，把它放入槽內。“哦，不！”弗蘭克說。”她正在打另一個電話。”
