The person I admire is my mum. She is an English teacher. She is very popular among the students because she spends lots of time on her lessons and has a good sense of humor. Students all enjoy her class.

我敬佩的'人是我的媽媽。她是一位英語老師。她很受學生的歡迎,因爲她花了很多時間在功課上,而且很幽默。學生都很喜歡她的課。

My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.

我的媽媽不僅是一位好老師,也是一位偉大的母親。她對我很有耐心,說話時總是面帶微笑。我媽媽教我如何獨立思考,幫助我建立我的信心。當我在學習上有困難的,這是我媽媽鼓勵我直到我解決問題。當我感到悲傷或糟糕的,也是媽媽照顧我。

I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.

我記得當我去年在半夜發高燒,媽媽以最快的速度帶我去醫院。當我打完針回到家時,已經差不多凌晨五點。媽媽只睡了2個小時,因爲她不得不在七點起牀爲我準備早餐,然後她去工作。她那天一定很累。

How to keep healthy /fit? Here is my advice about how to keep healthy/fit. As a middle shool student. first you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games , running, swimming and jumping ropes(繩子). Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Don’t eat too much meat or suger ,but more vegetables and d you need enough sleep or rest . Next keep yourself people often say smiling makes you mustn’t drink wine or smoke are bad for your health. That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life.

But many factors are influencing our tly,it is a fact that some people were born with better ndly, different things are kept in different parts of the s,words and numbers are stored in the lefthand side and images, sounds and smells in the righthand dly,unusual experiences can produce chmicals such as adrenaline in our body which can boost memory. The memory is amazing.
