細胞一：“敬業”細胞

我們的英語老師大名敬文，真是人如其名，她可是相當相當敬業。在她的大腦裏，有這樣一種細胞——形狀像一顆心（也許就是敬業心吧！），其數量數不勝數，大概佔所有細胞的二分之一。一到期末複習時期，他們就開始飛速地分裂，然後肆意地操控着英語老師到處借，見們叫苦不迭，嚴重的似乎還想來個“學生起義”呢！他們又操控着英語老師的“說話神經”說了一些極有說服力的話：你們想不想過好你們的寒假啊，現在的付出就可以換來充滿的寒假，何樂而不爲呢？見同學們心服口服，他們才繼續工作着，英語老師就開始勤勞地工作……

細胞二：“羅嗦”細胞

“羅嗦”細胞的形狀像一張張嘴巴，故又名“煩人”細胞。話說昨天，我們班小強的期末複習考卷漏做了一面，“羅嗦”細胞便開始工作啦，只聽見英語老師喋喋不休“考卷多重要，你怎麼能不做？”“考試考不好，你想在吃年夜飯時被你爸你媽叨嘮是吧？”差點小強被唾沫淹死。本以爲這件事情就這樣過去了，沒想到下午來上學的時候，小強、他的還有英語老師在裏，只見小強和他媽媽像做了大錯事一樣，都耷拉着腦袋，聽着英語老師的“諄諄教導”。小強回來時，趴在課桌上——“我快死了，英語老師的話太有殺傷力啦~~”哎，可憐的小強……

細胞三：“發怒”細胞

Second， many of the young addicts turned for the first time to drugs for escape either from their failure in the national entrance exams or from their parents’ breakup. And above all， our education in the harmfulness of drugs has been far from adequate to build teenagers’ sound resistance to drugs. To sum up， the causes mentioned above must call for more of our concern， and effective measures should be taken to check the trend.

Obviously the drastic change will exert great impact on inziduals and the whole society.

For one thing， drug-taking does great damage to the health of drug users.. For another， some drug users commit robbery or even murder their parents and relatives to get money to buy drugs， which poses a great threat to the social security and the social stability. Therefore， it is high time we did something to put an end to this trend.

又回到了七年級的舞臺，從九年級退下來回到七年級，最初感覺特別的輕鬆，因爲七年級的英語教學對於我來說真的是很輕鬆，不用再像九年級那樣去做每個題目，不用每堂課都上的那麼緊張，那麼累，也可以上新課時偶爾玩玩小遊戲了...總之，最初聽到教七年級時是很輕鬆的。然而，事實並不是像我想的那麼的簡單。

進入七年級的教室，看到了既熟悉又陌生的面孔，熟悉的是有十幾個學生是以前教過的，陌生的是那些曾在羅山上五年級過來的學生。就這樣，我開始了這一學期的英語教學工作。最初，班上的每個學生還是挺配合工作的，每天認真完成作業，認真背書，接着第一次考試來了，考完後的結果還是讓我挺滿意的。我也發現了班上的一些英語尖子生，在後來的教學中，我盡力把自己能傳授的東西講給他們，但慢慢的我就發現班上的一些問題，那幾個以前不做作業的同學也終於憋不住了，終於不完成作業了，還有就是劉xx、劉xx等同學在課堂上也越來越喜歡說話，做小動作了，對於這樣的情況，最初我能做的就是勸解他們，但一次，兩次有效，後來就沒那麼有作用了...但總體來說班上的小夥伴們表現還是不錯的，每一次的考試也沒讓我失望，緊接着其中考試來了，課考出的成績卻比平時的差遠了，這就讓我反思這其中怎麼了，爲什麼會這樣？後來在這後半個學期，我每堂課依舊認真的上着，每個單元的新課上完就及時講解練習冊中的習題，緊接着就進行單元測試，講解試卷。每一個單元都這樣有條不紊的進行着，把新課結束了就每個單元印一張試卷來進行期末複習，然後進行專題複習，最後進行期末測試，就這樣結束了七年級上學期的英語教學工作。但不知這樣的步驟，能不能讓學生們取得令人滿意的成績呢？
