Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.

Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses.

Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day. People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. I'm so glad to stand here today to share my idea about Beijing Olympic Games together with you all. The title of my speech is: what can we do for Beijing Olympic Games?

First of all, let me tell you a story that happened 2 years ago. At the end of August, 20xx, when I decided to come to Beijing for study, my friends helrewell Party for me. They said: after your graduation, you should look for a job in Beijing, and then in 20xx, we shall go to visit you during the Olympic Games. I laughed and answered: OK, no problem!

Time flied and 2 years passed. Now I am a graduate. My teachers and classmates always ask me: what's your plan after your graduation? Go back home, stay in Beijing, or go to some other places? And I always answer: I will stay in Beijing. I make this decision not because of my promise to my friends 2 years ago, but because: I've fallen in love with Beijing! I'm eager to welcome the coming Olympic Games together with my fellow countrymen, and I wish I could do something for the Olympics for the city.

As we know, Beijing will host the 29th Summer Olympic Games in 20xx. As a Chinese, I think many people are thinking: what we can do for Beijing Olympic Games. Most of us are not athletes, we cannot take part in competitions directly; we are not officials either, we don't need to do the preparatory work. We are only ordinary people, what we can do!

There are still so many things we can do! For example, for me, I am a graduate majoring Business English. 尊敬的各位領導、各位同仁:

大家好!

我是來自龍王廟總校龍王廟希望小學的英語實驗教師——李桂平。首先我很感謝教研室的領導給了我這個向大家學習的機會。今天我主要想與各位一起分享本人在小學一年級英語“跨越式”試驗中教學方面的一些做法和心得。在座的各位都是有着豐富教學經驗的同仁,有不妥之處還望老師們批評指正。

我們龍王廟總校的領導就決定抓住孩子們的語覺生長髮育的關鍵期,在小學一年級進行“跨越式”課題的英語學科實驗。我擔起了一年級英語的教學工作。一直擔任高年級英語教學工作的我,茫然了。因爲我們沒有一年級的英語教材,也沒有這方面的經驗可以交流與參考,畢竟一年級的孩子和五六年級的孩子各個方面的差別都很大,再有就是對於“跨越式”的理念也是一無所知,無名的壓力便在我的心中油然而生。不過,經過專家組的第一次培訓,我彷彿明瞭了許多,我便對能很好的把“跨越式”的理念運用到我的教學中充滿了信心。現在,將我在這一年中的做法在這裏與大家一起分享:

一、瞭解學生特點,制定合理學案

根據一年級孩子的年齡特點表明:他們年齡小,表現欲強;有廣泛的情感需要;情緒容易興奮;以自我爲中心,全神貫注於他們自己的世界;容易分散注意力,也容易熱情;學得更慢,忘得更快;他們是優秀的模仿者;對自己感興趣的事情會長時間地集中注意力;記得快忘得也快。而且我們學校一年級共有3個平行班,每個班的孩子都表現出不同的學習特點:一班的孩子們活潑、好動;二班的孩子穩重、好強;三班的孩子卻靦腆、紮實。

因此,我根據他們顯現的不同特點以及新起點一年級英語教材的編寫特點,每節課前我都會認真書寫教學設計。例如,針對一年級孩子記得快忘得也快的特點,在每節課的前5分鐘,我都會設計不同形式的單詞複習:一班我會採取“猜一猜少了哪個單詞”的遊戲形式;二班我會採用“開火車”的遊戲形式;而三班我則用“我問你答”的形式進行復習。然而,在針對一年級孩子容易分散注意力這一特點中,我在新知學習的環節中,主要採用動畫呈現、動作模仿、歌謠吟唱等形式。

二、營造良好的課堂氣氛,講求方法豐富課堂

小學一年級的英語教學中,從小學生日常生活中接觸到的物品的單詞學習到日常會話,比較全面具體。內容涉及的範圍也比較廣泛,有水果、顏色、動物、文具、身體部位、1到10數字等等。但是雖然說具體廣泛,使用起來還是有一定的難度。因爲一年級的學生大都在六七歲之間。他們感覺的情緒性和無意性很明顯,對自己感興趣的知識能記得很牢,反之,則很快忘卻。他們的有意注意的持續時間短,常常對學習過程、學習的外部活動和學習的形式感興趣。所以,教學方法很重要。

1、創設生活情境。對於一年級的孩子們,教師可以抓住學生剛開始學英語的時機,進行一些“身勢語言”的情景教學,讓他們從直覺上感到“英語很有趣”。例如,在教低年級學生時,恰當地運用bodylanguage,讓學生律動起來,會讓學生很有興趣。在講animal這一單元時,我用大屏幕出示一幅動物園的圖畫,並且指着那裏的兔子說“Thisisarabbit。Rabbit、rabbit”然後,用兩根手指在頭上當作兔子耳朵,一邊蹦一邊說“Rabbit”。就這樣連續做兩次,孩子們就在快樂的學習氛圍中學會了這個單詞。再有就是,在教身體各部分的名稱時,教到哪個單詞,就讓學生手指着自己的身體部位。Head,學生就指頭,

nose,學生就指鼻子,訓練由慢到快,還可以交換,兩個同學互相操練。之後,學唱歌曲head,shouldersandtoes,讓學生邊唱邊做動作,唱時也可以由慢到快。氣氛到達高潮,學生非常高興,學生不但學到了知識,同時也覺得很有趣。

2,製作形象圖片。小學低年級的學生直觀形象思維占主導地位,他們對形象、生動,色彩鮮豔的圖片非常感興趣。這需要教師用大量的時間來製作各種教學圖片。比如,學生認識各種交通工具時,我就把這些交通工具製作成頭飾,每次上課時我就自己戴着頭飾走進教室,小朋友們就會用漢語說,好漂亮的小汽車。於是我就接着用英語說:“Hello!Iamacar.”接着讓學生一起讀這個單詞,教讀幾遍之後就讓學生自己上來戴起頭飾說:“Hello!Iamacar.”學生的積極性一下子就提高了,爭着上臺表演。以後學了其它交通工具就可以讓幾個學生同時戴着頭飾互相問好。比如說:“Hello!Iamabus.”“Hello!Iamaplane.”還可以加上平時用的問候語“Howareyou?”“Nicetomeetyou!”等。另外,還讓學生戴着頭飾跟着音樂一起開小火車,圍着教室開一圈,並帶着動作。這樣,學生不但學得快,還記得牢,也增加了學習英語的興趣。

3,充分利用媒體資源。在小學英語教學中,直觀教學多優於一般的講解,利用生動、形象的電化教學手段進行聽、說訓練很容易,使學生產生新奇感,使學生能夠集中注意力,可加深學生對所學知識的理解。如:在新授bed,lamp,telephone等單詞時,把這些單詞所表達的事物製成多媒體課件。當屏幕上出現了形象逼真、色彩鮮豔的畫面時,學生的注意力馬上集中到了屏幕上。這時,我就趁機教學What’sthis?It’sabed.反覆幾次,學生不僅掌握了單詞拼讀,理解了詞義,還掌握了What’s??It’s?的句型。

在教學打招呼用語時,用自制課件,將孩子們喜愛的卡通貓製成小動畫,並擬人化,加以配音。小貓的卡通形象深受孩子們的歡迎,動畫一播放,小貓

的.頑皮與可愛立刻深深地吸引了孩子們,只見小貓邊做鬼臉邊說:“Hi!Iamacat!想和我交朋友嗎?那就先記住我的名字吧,cat!”小貓一說完,孩子們就迫不及待地練習起來,很快就記住了cat這個單詞。這時教師適時點撥:“想和小貓交朋友嗎?那你必須要有禮貌地和它打招呼,這樣小貓纔會高興,才願意和你交朋友。誰想先和cat交朋友啊?”孩子們都舉起了小手,爭着打招呼。每說對一個,小貓就會給他獎勵,翹起它的大拇指,說“Hello!你真棒!”或“Hi!Good!”聽着小貓的誇獎,孩子們的興致更高了,說得就更起勁了。都努力地表演,教學氣氛非常活躍,學習興趣不斷高漲,在很輕鬆、自然的環境中複習、運用了所學知識,取得了良好的教學效果。

4、適時合理的評價。對於一年級的孩子來說,他們年齡雖小,但同樣渴望成功。對小學低年級學生而言,被老師表揚是莫大的成功。我記得第一次給一年級學生上英語課時,學生們就會不停地用“Hello,MissLi!”“Hello!”熱情地向教師招呼。他們所表現出來的對英語的熱情似乎很高。那麼如何讓孩子們的熱情一直延續下去呢?教師要有能激發孩子們學習熱情的評價方式。在教學中,我採用了單詞小卡片的形式作爲獎勵,當課上表現很好時(課上積極回答問題、和同桌到前面表演),我就會發給他們單詞小卡片。而且每個人的小卡片積累到20張時,就可以到我這裏換一張獎狀,並且把他得到獎狀的照片打印出來,張貼到教室的牆壁上,所以每節課他們都認真的學習,爭取他們的相片被貼到教室的牆壁上。

5、約定俗成的口令。多數的教師希望自己在課堂教學時不必去管理學生,希望學生能好好學習、專心於課堂活動。可教師們會時常發現,在課堂是要耗費許多時間來維持課堂秩序和紀律。所以,建立良好的課堂常規甚至比教學更重要,一年級教學主要是培養學生形成好的學習習慣。於是,我便制定一套貫

穿整個課堂而且能朗朗上口的口令、拍手、動作歌曲或韻律詩等吸引學生注意的信號,讓學生做出口頭上和行爲上的反應。這樣可以集中學生的注意力。例如,我說:“Onetwothree”,孩子們就會回答:“Seatwell”並坐好;而我說:“Seatwell”,他們就會坐好並拍手回答:“Onetwothree”等等。再有就是課堂的表揚口令“Good,good,youaregood!”“Great,great,youaregreat!”

6、有效兒歌教學。新起點一年級英語教材中,每個單元中都穿插了許多旋律輕快、節奏感強的說唱歌謠,它們節奏感強、有動感,要求學生用手拍或腳蹬等肢體動作來配合表演節奏,更能有效激發學生大膽開口說英語的慾望。如教Animals時,可以把單詞編成:hellocathello,hellobirdhello,helloduckhello,hellohellohello,並且還配有動畫,孩子們就在兒歌中快速的學會了這些動物名稱。像這樣的兒歌受到了孩子們的喜愛,也大大提高了他們學習英語的興趣。教學實踐證明,大多數學生都能自覺的複習舊歌,學唱新歌,從中體驗通過英語兒歌學習英語的成功和快樂。

三、開展豐富多彩的課外活動,營造英語學習氛圍

根據學生學得快忘得也快的學習特點,我們知道僅僅依靠課上的40分鐘,是遠遠不夠的。因此,開展各種形式的課外活動是必不可少的。

1、要與學生約定一般情況下,在課下見到老師(尤其是我),要使用英語來問候,進而培養他們運用英語交流的習慣。剛開始孩子們有些膽怯,可是有一兩個孩子說了之後,又得到了老師的表揚,其他同學也慢慢的用英語和老師打招呼。

2、畫畫是孩子們情有獨鍾的愛好,無論是畫得好,還是不好,他們都喜歡在本子上畫來畫去。於是,我就結合這一特點,每天佈置一些這樣的課外作業。由剛開始的製作簡單的單詞卡片到製作一些有情節的對話,他們表現出了

“Its long long journey,till I know where I supposed to be”,life is just like journey ,you never know what will happen,Luckly , I am a tour guide on my own way to journey ,tour guide take me out of cross way .i like to be tour guide and I want to be ing our life travelling ,we may come across lots of pleasant or unpleasant things ,but we must go on ,yes?Going on to find the way to make our beautiful dream true ver they can be changed into experience in our life ,so let it be ,and never give up .

shy ,ordinary looking and average scoers in my study .i just like a ugly duckling and have little confidence should I do ,I asked myself ,am I take back seat to others .i want to fly and proud tell the world ,I am coming .i remind of Deng yapping ,she can overcome the problem of her height ,so can I tly ,I pay more efforts on my study and take part in competions course I did and I gained lots of experience ,furthermore ,I gained courage and coffidence to face any troubles in my life ,thanks to competitions!

各位老師大家上午好,

非常高興能有這個機會跟萬寧的小學英語教師進行共同的學習和交流,經過一天的學習大家辛苦了,那麼按照原計劃呢,……。今天上午我將會把我自己從教12年來的一些教學經歷、教學敘事等和老師們分享,我是這麼一路走來的,我覺得自己還是一個在成長中的、需要更多磨練、需要更多學習的老師,希望今天的內容能和老師們一同共勉。

首先我會談談我自己的教學經歷,然後我想在我們每一位老師的職業生涯中,您會有各種各樣的經歷,而這些經歷大部分來自於我們的課堂,來自於每一堂課,所以接着我會從我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂課,那我的最後兩點是我認爲對一個小學教師的成長非常重要的另外兩個因素,我會和大家交流一些看法。我從上培訓機構裏面的demo課到上一堂普通的課,到全國的賽課,我曾經多次的思考過到底怎樣纔算是一堂好的課,我們如何從上好一堂課迅速的成長起來。那麼,給大家分享5條有關好課的標準:

一堂好課是有意義的課: 對學生來講,初級的意義至少是學習到了東西, 再進一步來就是鍛鍊了能力, 近而發展到獲得良好的,積極的情感體驗, 產生進一步學習的強烈要求。在這個過程中他會越來越主動投入到學習中去, 有意義的課,也就是一堂紮實的課, 不是熱鬧的課。

有效率的課:從面上來說對全班多少學生有效率,對好學生,中等學生,困難學生的效率,是否相同; 效率的高低, 沒有效率就不算是好課。有效率的課,也就是充實的課, 是有內容的課。

生成性的課:一節課不完全是預設的課, 而是在課程中有教師和學生的真實情感與智慧的交流。這個過程既有資源的生成, 又有過程狀態的生成。這樣的課可以成爲豐實的課, 內容豐富, 多方活躍, 給人以啓發。我們經常會聽到老師們問how are you 學生回答 師問:are you happy No let’s play a game, 所有的問題與回答都是老師設計好的,作秀課。

常態下的課:課堂的價值在於通過師生碰撞,相互討論,生成許多新的東西。這樣的課稱爲平常的課,一堂實實在在的課, 不僅現在可以上, 什麼時候都可以上。 要淡化公開課, 多上研討課。 不管誰在聽課。我們都要做到旁若無人, 心中只有學生。說得容易,做得難,需要非常多的積累。

有待完善的課: 一節課不可能十全十美, 它應該是真實的, 不加粉飾的, 值得反思的,注重重建的課。 只要是真實的,就是有缺憾的。

講到這裏請大家告訴我您的一堂課包含了哪些教學程序,我這裏指的是新授課,:那麼接下來 我會和大家一起走進課堂從開始的熱身環節談起,分享我的一些做法,或是我觀察到的別人的好的方式。

熱身 形式有

主要目的:我用了三個激活,激活學生已有的興趣,調整學生情緒,引導學生集中注意力,並讓學生將已有的興趣英語化,將興趣與英語學習融爲一體。激活學生已有的知識與能力。我們的英語教學就是在學生已有的英語知識和能力之上進行的。這樣就需要經常去激活學生已有的知識和能力,來講授新的英語知識,培養新的英語能力。 激活課堂學習氛圍,讓學生在有利於英語教學的課堂氛圍中學習英語。(請大家舉例warmer)

導入呈現階段:這是英語教學過程中的最重要的環節之一也就是一種示範,我個人認爲也是給你這堂課加分的地方,因爲前面的warmer 時間短,這裏的導入呈現做得好,會讓人有眼前一亮的感覺。在要求學生運用所學的新語言之前,呈現給學生新的語言材料,這些語言材料是指什麼,是指要讓學生學習掌握的詞彙、目標語句、對話或短文,當然也不是說一次性全部塞給學生,我們要讓學生獲得第一次感知,使我們的孩子在學習的第一時間知道所學語言的音、義和形,由教師把新的語言知識和能力、新的語用功能、新的語義示範給學生,讓學生認識瞭解;形式有…… 呈現方式:掛圖或簡筆畫:不看課文而是看着掛圖或教師的簡筆畫,直接感知教師的語言。注意語言儘可能原原本本地呈現課文,不走彎路;

細分開來這階段包括導入、新知呈現、知識講解三個部分。

教材呈現:直接打開教材,看課文內容,默讀或聽教師朗讀課文;

錄音呈現:聽課文錄音,可看或不看課文內容;聽錄音前要佈置任務,而不是讓學生們漫無目的的聽。這些都是整體呈現的方式。

播放動畫或錄像呈現:讓學生看動畫片或錄像,聽課文錄音,看課文文字。這就是視覺、聽覺、圖像、聲音等調動多種感官參與的學習活動,是最有效的呈現。這一階段應該注意的問題:幫助學生從已有的知識過渡到新語言學習,引導學生進入學習狀態; 導入過程爲新知識的呈現搭橋、鋪路、爲新知學習和新技能訓練做好心理和知識準備; 這個階段應以激發興趣爲宗旨,時間不宜過長,形式不宜過於複雜;因課型的不同而不同,做到有序安排、形式活潑、手段靈活、方法多樣;注重實效性。在呈現部分:因爲是學生第一次接觸課文的活動,要讓學生感知將要學習的詞彙、目標語句和語篇等教學內容; 目的是讓學生對課文有整體的理解,主要是讓學生知道今天要學習的語言知識是在什麼語境下怎麼用的;可以採用直觀手段,如果有條件可以通過多媒體形式,讓學生直接感知,建議老師們利用掛圖或教材降低學生對課文的理解難度。

舉例……。這些presentation都是讓人眼前一亮的,讓我們覺得這個idea真的非常的好,學生也能在最短的時間裏面被吸引,自然而然的進入新課的學習。UN building

接下來我們看操練環節:這個環節在我們的小學英語課堂所佔的比重是比較大的,(時間分配上preration3分鐘presention5分鐘,practice10—15分鐘的時間)特別是在新授課,這部分起着非常關鍵的作用。我們要讓孩子們更好的掌握所學知識,我們就要在這一環節儘可能的做到紮實有效。有這樣一些方式…。句子的操練 詞彙的操練

在是語言操練的最初級階段,我們會選擇模仿性操練,也叫機械性操練。在聽音會意的基礎上,學會語言材料的發音,並通過發音加深對語言材料的理解;這裏我們要注意學生對單詞、詞組的發音及對語句的整體模仿;(chopsticks)(想進一切辦法讓孩子們多讀)大小聲 看口型 手指 卡片 個人讀 開火車(檢查每個孩子的發音是否準確)注意模仿質量,有些學生使勁的大聲讀,扯着嗓子喊,老師都聽不清楚發音是否準確。我們要儘可能讓學生在模仿時把所說的語句和圖片所示的'內容及其情境聯繫起來,體會單詞與

句子所表達的內容。

伴隨着學習能力的提高,進度的推進,我們進入是語言的第二層次的操練:替換性操練。目的:學生熟練掌握語言的外形結構,舉一反三,熟練套用並掌握目標語句;(這裏想提一下這個舉一反三)這裏要注意循序漸進、由淺入深。在初始階段,句子應簡短,容易上口,並隨之加快速度,做到脫口而出。(I like football I like playing football I like playing football in the park)在此基礎上,再要求學生利用所學過的知識,或自己身邊物品或發生過的事情來替換(I like basketball);這就是從學生的實際情況出發,關注他們能力的培養。(Chant song 互動)比如我們在聽課時經常會聽到有的老師利用兩隻老虎的曲子來配上我們學習的語言知識來唱歌do you like swimming do you like swimming yes I do yes I do do you like dancing No I don’t請老師來改 (reading singing)

操練的更高形式是拓展性的操練,這是學生從語言理解到熟練再到掌握的重要環節;這個環節不論是對老師還是對學生的要求都比較高,我們要精心設計。目的:通過反覆強化訓練,引導學生從對語言的機械認識轉向理解識記,進而達到長時記憶;基本形式:教師利用身邊的資源實物、卡片、圖片等,爲學生創設一定較爲真實的情境,讓學生運用新學句型進行交際,讓所學的語言知識更具真實性、趣味性和實用性。在這個環節,請注意我們老師的示範、調控作用,

針對以上三種操練形式,給大家展示幾個案例,show me your ear (一起做) I have a …me too (dress)請兩名學員 Let’s chant (先讓學員讀)

1、 What’s this It’s a…(動物、食物、水果等等)

2、 圖片how many apples do you want

3、they’re enough(新標準上面幾乎沒有write)

小結一下,在操練這個環節我們要儘可能少的機械性操練,儘可能多的語境化操練 ,針對真實目的的操練,針對真實困難的操練,要給學生真實語境中爲了真實語用目的的練習。否則孩子們會覺得無趣,沒有挑戰性,特別是高年級的孩子們,他們逐漸對操練活動失去興趣。

成果展示(拓展…):形式有…目的:通過引導學生學會綜合各知識點和各種語言材料,培養學生能就具體情境正確應用語言的交際能力。注意是用所學的知識和技能來完成一個任務,可以在小組或結對中完成。(攀登英語)看圖講解

錄像 錄音 注意及時的評價是否課堂上完成 小組評 全班評

小結:通過教師主導的總結或是教師引導學生的自我總結,對本節課的英語語言知識和能力進行歸納總結,既讓學生會明確本節課的課後複習鞏固目標和重點,又幫助學生形成明確的語言意識,強化學生對多學知識的記憶。比如我們會把這堂課小組評價的結果小結一下,(得分)回顧本課所學等等,(有的老師時間把握不好的 會狠狠的利用這個環節)

最後是佈置作業:是課堂教學的有效延伸,要考慮內容、形式,還要具有:層次性、鞏固性、拓展性、發展性,不要成爲學生的一種負擔。我認爲我們佈置的作業,我們要能檢查、能監督、學生能完成,否則就是無效的作業。講解…

我不知道在坐的有沒有教研組長,我覺得科組組織的教研活動是鍛鍊老師的一塊陣地,(提問:我想請問在座的老師近3年來你離開學校參加培訓的次數,除了這一次以外,有兩次的舉手,出省參加培訓的老師)對於一線教師來講,能夠走出來參加培訓、學習的機會是非常少的,但是如果我們的教研組長能組織好校內的校本培訓,那將對老師的成長起到非常大的作用。每個學期我都會組織一些科組活動,比如……。

然後就是學科活動…。雖然我們沒有走出學校,但是我們能通過這些鍛鍊自己,磨練自己,提升自己。

不論結果怎樣,我們選擇了一份神聖的職業,作爲一名英語老師,我們應該是教英語的老師還是…以下的話跟大家一起共勉,讀:…
